Bureau of Meteorology senior meteorologist Dean Narramore shares what's ahead for this week's weather across Australia.
The forecast for Shepparton over the next week is as follows.
On Tuesday, July 2, frost can be expected in the early morning with some frosty temperatures of 0℃ kicking off the day by 7am.
There is a very low chance of rain, but the day is expected to be partly cloudy overall with a top temperature of 13℃ between 1pm and 4pm.
Temperatures will drop to 4℃ by 10pm.
Another frosty day will kick off Wednesday, July 3 with a top low of 0℃ at 7am.
However, temperatures will warm up to 15℃ in the late afternoon with a sunny day forecasted before temperatures drop to 4℃ by 10pm.
Similar conditions and temperatures throughout the morning to nighttime are expected for Thursday, July 4 but with the coldest temperature for the morning hitting 1℃ by 7am.
Friday, July 5, is set to be a sunny day with a top temperature of 16℃ throughout the afternoon and dropping to 4℃ by 10pm.
The morning will start off with a bit chilly with a minimum of 1℃ expected by 7am.
On Saturday, July 6, similar conditions can be expected with a minimum of 1℃ in the morning but warming up to 17℃ by the late afternoon, making it another sunny day before temperatures drop to 5℃ by 10pm.
Sunday, July 7, could break the week’s sunny streak with a possible shower expected throughout the day with a possible rainfall of 0 - 1mm.
The day will remain as partly cloudy with some light winds.
The minimum temperature is set to be 3℃ by 7am before warming up to 16℃ in the early to late afternoon and then dropping to 9℃ by 10pm.
