The centre offers three disciplines of martial arts, Zen Do Kai Karate, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Classes are held for kids as young as four all the way up to adults, running six days a week, from 4pm on weekdays, and Saturday mornings from 9am.
Owner Matt Wickham has been running martial arts schools since 1987, and is assisted by an expert team of experienced experts in their chosen martial arts disciplines.

The centre equally caters to casual members looking to develop a new skill, learn self-defence or try martial arts as an alternative fitness regime, as well as to serious fighters looking to master their techniques or even fight professionally.
Wickham’s is home to a successful Muay Thai stable led by Muay Thai coach Kiw Eikkasit, who has a number of professional title wins under his belt, with members of the stable, trained at Wickham’s, boasting impressive records and title wins of their own.
Beginners can try a five-session trial at Wickham’s for $29.95 before committing to a full membership.
