Mayrung, Blighty, Bunnaloo and Conargo primary schools gathered for their yearly small schools swimming carnival on Tuesday, and with it some friendly competition and plenty of fun for all the kids.

But, on the day of the smalls school carnival, there was a fervour and feeling in the air that helped to make the event what it was.
Races were held in various styles, from freestyle to backstroke, and everyone, whether they were seasoned swimmers or just giving it a go, participated with a smile.
The day wasn't just about winning; it was about enjoying the camaraderie, supporting one another, and celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship.
All who performed well will now advance to the district swimming carnival.
