The Deniliquin Rovers Football and Netball Club have announced a stella line up of coaches for season 2023.

Alex Hay has already been announced as senior coach for 2023 continuing his role, and is intrinsic to the group having a purposeful 2023 campaign.
Alex has mastered the mix of the playing coach and his work rate and effort on and off the field commands respect.
Matt Horne and Ben McCalman will join forces to coach the reserves side.
The dynamic duo finished the season by taking out Best and Fairest and Runners-up for the club.
The appointment has the group most excited at the prospect of a strong season next year.
Both Matty and Ben have been leaders at the club for a long time and the club can’t wait to see them operate in the coaching role for next year.
Chris Maher will continue to coach the thirds group, building on the trust and respect gained previously and looking forward to a highly competitive season 2023.
Raymond Murphy will be assistant coach for the thirds, with his commitment to the club and the juniors a standout.
The thirds group will benefit from the experience from Chris and the mix of youth with the inclusion of Raymond.
Peter Wills will return as coach of the fourths, having been responsible for the development of the young Rovers and teaching them the skills of the game over many years.
His dedication to the kids and passion for the game has seen many of his young footballers go through the ranks, take what they have learnt and grow into senior football players.
Ben Cowley has been named as assistant coach for the fourths, bringing with him a legend that echoes in eternity as a leading goalkicker for the club.
Ben has been involved with junior football for a number of years and his enthusiasm for the game and individual player improvement make him a valuable member of the team.
The fifths will again be under the guidance of coach Shayne Knuckey, who has been amazing in his role developing the juniors and helping them transition between Auskick and competitive football.
Davey Leetham will assist Shayne next season, leaving the club’s youngest players in great hands as they start their football journey.
Ben McCalman is reserves assistant coach and Matt Horne has been named reserves coach for 2023.
Chris Maher will continue the role of thirds coach.
Raymond Murphy will assist Chris for the season with the thirds charges.
Shayne Knuckey will continue to develop the fifths this year assisted by Davey Leetham.
A-grade netball will be coached by Carissa Bulmer, who is returning to coaching after work and family commitments.
Carissa played for the B-grade side in 2022 and is now ready to continue her commitment and dedication to Rovers netball again utilising her coaching skills and knowledge.
Simone Lumbar will coach B-grade and comes with coaching experience at representative level and is an accredited coach.
She has a clear vision of how she will approach coaching and of the future of netball at our club.
The C-grade and C-reserve squads will be coached under the guidance of Carissa Holmberg who is taking a step up from her role as assistant coach last year.
Carissa is keen to build on the coaching skills she has already developed and continue with the successful squad model from the previous two seasons.
The under-17s will be coached by Natalie Sampson for a second consecutive year, who is keen to steer netball junior development at the club.
Chloe Bulmer will coach the under-15 team, having won the C-grade League Best and Fairest making her a perfect role model for the younger talent.
Lucy Horne will continue her role as under-13s coach that she has done over the past several years and will be assisted by Matilda Glowrey.
Lucy is an accredited coach who will be a great mentor for Matilda who is just starting her coaching career.
The under-11s will be coached by club stalwart Shannon Bulmer who was recently added as a Life Member of the club.
The club is excited that she will be passing on her netball skills and knowledge to a new group of up and coming netballers.
Shannon will be a great mentor for Abbie Blake who will assist her in season 2023, where she will be making her coaching debut.
Carissa Bulmer will coach the Deniliquin Rovers A-grade netball team.
Simone Lumbar is the B-grade netball coach.
Carissa Holmberg will coach the C-grade and C-reserve teams for season 2023.
The under-17 side will be coached by Natalie Sampson.
Chloe Bulmer will coach the Under-15 girls.
Under-13 assistant coach Matilda Glowrey with under-13 coach Lucy Horne.
Under-11 coach Shannon Bulmer with assistant coach Abbie Blake.
