Williams blasted 78 runs to take his season tally up to 381 as his club chalked up its fifth consecutive victory at Windridge Oval.
Rochester’s batters were on song once again, with Dylan Cuttriss (39) and Blake Evans (32) complementing their captain’s knock to drive the score past the 200-run mark.
Nondies Cohuna bowler Peter Moore claimed best figures for the visitors with 3-31, while Matt Robinson claimed 3-44 and the wicket of Williams.
Defending 216, Rochester was equally impressive with the ball.
Angus Martin struck early with the wicket of Sam O’Shea, before thwarting the burgeoning partnership between Moore and Patrick Doyle, dismissing the latter.
Nondies captain Rhys Bradley led the counter-punch with 31 before he was dismissed by Williams, while Michael Runciman posted 19 in support.
Consistent wickets hindered Nondies’ progress, and Joe Hamilton’s spell of bowling saw him rip right through the opposition middle-order, finishing with figures of 4-33 and bundling out Nondies for 117.
The 99-run win sees Rochester draw level with Echuca at the top of the McMahon Shield ladder, but face the in-form BLU in this round’s two-day games.
Nondies Cohuna has the bye.
