Strikes and spares were the name of the game for the Finley High School’s ten pin bowling team.

The team of Addie Baker, Toby Loomes, Arabelle Taylor, Jack Maude, Kade Buckley and Paige Hammond recently competed in the Riverina section of the state-wide ten pin bowling competition.
They had to compete across three locations; Griffith, Wagga and Albury.
Team coach Mrs Marsden said the “students represented the school with pride”.
The top three teams from both the primary and secondary divisions will now progress to the state finals.
They will be held in Sydney on Wednesday, November 1.
The final ladder for the secondary competition was: Gralee School, 844 points, 1; Finley High School, 827 points, 2; Willans Hill School, 794 points, 3.
