Whack, swoosh and dink sounds filled Mooroopna Golf Club on Wednesday.
The region’s avid golfers hit the fairways during the middle of the week eager to make a dent in their handicaps.
Whether working on their drives, chips or putts, golfers were busy hitting plenty of balls.
The sweltering conditions that have continued past summer in the Goulburn Valley didn’t stop a plethora of golf lovers from plying their trade.
Although birdies may have been few and far between and bogies aplenty, there were lots of smiles on the sun-kissed faces at the golf course.
News photographer Rechelle Zammit was busy around the fairways snapping the action.
