Goulburn Valley Playing Area’s top Tuesday bracket is bursting at the middle with three teams vying for the coveted fourth finals spot, but with one round left, nothing is certain.
Fifth seed Tatura-Hill Top bowled over third-placed Shepparton Park 14-55 to 2-45 on home greens to move within seven points of Seymour, helped by Rod Madill’s nine-shot triumph over Di Hands in the third rink.
Meanwhile, Seymour consolidated fourth spot after running away 12-55 to 4-50 winners over Kyabram, bumping the Bombers down to sixth.
In the round’s other games, Tallygaroopna trumped Euroa by a single shot to avenge Saturday’s weekend pennant loss, while Shepparton Golf outmuscled East Shepparton 16-69 to 0-43.
