Coaches for the under-11s team will be Catie Michael and Izzy Pearn, who will be sharing the duties in developing the next generation of netballers for the club.
Both girls played their netball at Blighty last year.
“Catie and Izzy are eager to work together with our Minis to develop their skills, teamwork and passion for netball,” the club said.
“Both Catie and Izzy are committed to Blighty and ensuring our future junior players have the best start to their netball journeys.”
Brothers Zak and Brock Thomson will co-coach the fifths side (under-11s footballers) this season, giving the junior footballers a good pair of role models who will hold gravitas with the young team for being senior footballers.
The Thomson brothers will share their experiences of playing senior football with the club with the youngsters.
“Zak and Brock are excited to work with the fifths players, to help with their skill and strategy development, instil sportsmanship and build on their love for the game,” the club said.
The club has also announced Alica Osborne as coach for the A-grade and B-grade netball sides.
Osborne was a regular for the two top sides for the 2024 season, and was recognised with a coach’s award at the end of the season in A-grade.
“Alicia is excited to take on the role and eager to work with the teams this season,” the club said.
“Alicia is determined to bring the best out of each and every player on and off the court.”
Alicia Osborne, a key player in A-grade last year, will coach the senior netballers in 2025.
