The ADA welcomes Paul Gray as the association’s new marketing and communications manager.
As the ADA continues to be relevant and essential to the next generation of deer hunters, we are excited to introduce Paul Gray, who will lead the execution of our new marketing plan and strategy. In this new role as marketing and communications manager, Paul will implement our strategic initiatives to enhance the association’s outreach and engagement further.

Paul’s background is well-suited to this role. He holds a degree in marketing, equipping him with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for effective marketing campaigns. Additionally, his experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, and event management adds valuable dimension to his capabilities. These skills are crucial for establishing connections and ensuring the association’s message reaches its intended audience.
Paul has previously held roles within our branch network. His most recent stint was as Western Port branch secretary, a role he held for four years, and during which time he gained insights into the inner workings of the organisation and its branch functions. This experience deepened his understanding of the ADA’s values, objectives and operational aspects. Furthermore, Paul is also the chair of the Victorian Hunter Education Committee, showcasing his ongoing commitment to promoting responsible hunting practices and deer education.
By the time you have read this, Paul will be well and truly settled into the role, having started on August 28. We extend a warm welcome and express our sincere well wishes for his journey in this new role with the ADA. His experience, knowledge, and passion make him a promising addition to the team, and we look forward to seeing how his contributions will further shape the association for the next generation of deer people.
