SPC re-listing expected soon

In August, SPC Global chair Hussein Rifai indicated the move was an important step in advancing SPC’s global strategy.

The company had announced it was merging with the Original Juice Company and One Dairy.

The financial report lodged with the ASX puts the company’s total assets, as of June 30, at $500 million.

The re-listing is expected to occur before the end of the year.

SPC was listed on the ASX until 2005 when it was bought out by Australian soft drinks company, Coca-Cola Amatil, for $750 million. It was then bought out by the private equity group led by Mr Rifai in 2019 for $40 million.
