Fera Australia is proposing a 600 megawatt wind farm within an investigation area bound by Avenel, Longwood, Ruffy, Highlands and Tarcombe.
The Strathbogies Responsible Renewables Community Group, which is opposed to the development, received 190 responses to its survey, with about 96 per cent opposed to some or all of the project.
It is the second survey conducted by the group.
Across the two survey periods, a total of 347 people have stated their opposition.
In both surveys, only six to seven per cent said they were contacted directly by Fera.
Most respondents were concerned about impacts on the environment/biodiversity, the landscape and concerns about poor community engagement.
Impacts on land values were also cited by a higher proportion of respondents in 2024 than 2023.
Fera was originally proposing to have construction start in 2026, with the promise of up to 600 jobs over the two years it would take to complete.
