And while it may have gone through a few changes in its time, the current hall is ready to celebrate its 100th birthday with a celebration on Sunday, May 23.
An event that drew more than 800 people marked the beginning of a long history of the building with multiple attractions taking place on the day.
The day's program was extensive, with sports, a luncheon, the official opening, unveiling the honour roll, presentations of a machine gun war trophy and concert and dance in the evening.
Built on the land adjoining the Nanneella Estate School grounds, the structure still stands in its place today, although slightly modernised.
The birthday event on Sunday will draw some parallels to its first big bash with the unveiling of a commemorative plaque.
There will also be an afternoon tea and history display for all to see.
The event will run from 2pm to 5pm with the plaque being unveiled at 3pm.
You can find the hall at Echuca-Nanneella Rd, Nanneella.
