Murray River Council will be introducing new customer service hours across all locations from Monday, January 6.
The change in hours has been made to allow current employees more time for other services that are lacking attention.
The new times are as follows:
Moama — Main administration office, Perricoota Rd
- Monday to Friday: 10am to 4pm
Barham — 15 Murray St
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday to Friday: 10am to 4pm
Moulamein — Business centre, Morago St
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday to Thursday: 9.30am to 1pm
- Friday: Closed
Mathoura — Visitor and business centre (and library)
- Monday to Thursday: 10am – 4pm
- Friday: Closed
Barham Library
- Tuesday 11am to 4pm
- Thursday 10am to 2pm
- Friday 11am to 4pm
- Saturday 9am to noon
Moulamein Library
- Tuesday 2pm to 5pm
- Wednesday 2pm to 5pm
- Thursday 2pm to 5pm
The Murray River Council call centre will still be available 24/7 for emergencies relating to water, roads and compliance.
The call centre will also be available for general business calls from 9am to 4pm.
