A woman has been left shaken following a two-vehicle crash in Kyabram on Tuesday, March 11.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Edis and Albion Sts at about 8.53am on Tuesday.
Kyabram police Sergeant Phil Semple said a Toyota Prado and a Toyota Kluga collided.
Sgt Semple said a 37-year-old Kialla woman was driving the Prado west on Edis St when she failed to give way at the Albion St intersection.
He said a 48-year-old Yielima woman driving the Kluga south on Albion St collided with the Prado.
Five emergency services responded to the accident with police directing traffic until around 10am when the scene was cleared.
Both vehicles suffered moderate damage and were towed from the scene.
The 48-year-old woman was checked by paramedics on the scene for whiplash and pressure to the chest.
Onlookers said the woman was “quite shaken” by the accident.
Senior Sergeant Justin McAuley said the Kialla woman would receive a ticket for failing to give way.
