A number of locals and visitors got in on the act, taking advantage of the atmosphere provided by the event with a great number of local businesses also involved.
“We are still excited by the concept of this event. We think it will work into the foreseeable future if everyone maintains the course,” Yarrawonga Mulwala Visitor Information Centre Executive Officer Noel Wright said.
The concept highlights everything Yarrawonga Mulwala is known for – quality produce, fantastic summer evenings, relaxed evening strolls in Belmore and Melbourne Streets and great fun for all age groups.
“We are aiming to achieve a family fun Street Festival atmosphere through live street entertainment, kids entertainment and wining and dining in the street with late night shopping thrown in to the mix,” Mr Wright said.
Further appearances of the event are scheduled to go again on January 8, 15 and 22, 2021.
