Goulburn Murray Local Jobs seeks to provide tailored responses to support local labour markets. One approach is to hold targeted recruitment events to promote the opportunities in the growing care and support sector.
“We have found, if you target a recruitment event at one industry, you can guarantee that every person that walks through the door is already invested in seeking employment in that sector,” Goulburn Murray employment facilitator Brendan Sheridan said.
“This is a fantastic event for the Benalla community to connect directly with local employers in a relaxed environment to explore vast employment opportunities available in the care and support sector.”
