Good Friday Appeal: Join the Force

Starting from the fire station at 8am, volunteers will be grouped and allocated an SES vehicle.

Sirens and lights will sound as each vehicle travels around different parts of Yarrawonga, collecting donations with volunteers following behind on foot.

Donations will be collected from shops, houses and around the streets until 2pm.

A light lunch and drinks throughout the day are provided.

It’s recommended that volunteers wear comfortable clothing and invite a friend or family member.

Fire Captain Laurence Phillips wants the community to get involved in this great cause.

“Lets give these kids everything they deserve,” Captain Laurence said.
