The Euroa Agricultural Society will run its third Autumn Beef Cattle Show on Sunday, March 12 at the Euroa Showgrounds.
The first beef cattle show in 2021 attracted 120 entries representing 17 different beef breeds.
The society’s head cattle steward Leanne Colclough said cattle would be judged in four different categories.
“We will have showings for British and European breeds as well as categories for Bos indicus and smaller breeds,” Mrs Colclough said.
“We will also have junior judging for exhibitors aged between 15 and 25.”
The show’s popularity grew in 2022 to include a second exhibiting ring.
Breeders travelled from as far as Hanging Rock in Victoria and Yanco in NSW.
The society is seeking sponsors and companies wishing to have trade stalls at this year’s event.
