Cobram Football Netball Club is holding its annual Goods and Services Auction this Saturday, July 22, with the largest prize pool in the club’s history.
The best part is that you don’t have to be a part of the club to join the fun.
With many new businesses in the region making donations, more than $38,000 worth of goods and services will be available on the day. That is $10,000 more in value than previous years.
Items range from fruit and vegetable boxes and party hire vouchers to big ticket items such as a 2023 signed Geelong jumper or four tickets to any members-only AFL games, valued at over $1000.
Smaller value items will be auctioned off in a silent auction from noon to 6pm in the clubrooms and a live auction will be held at 7pm for 12 big ticket items.
The day is intended for the whole community and is a chance to showcase what local businesses have to offer.
Adding to the fun is the Family Cow Pad day on Sunday, with a $1000 cash prize up for grabs.
Tickets for the Family Cow Pad day have already sold out. But for those without a ticket there will be food, drinks, a jumping castle and a mini footy game for the kids on the day, making it a great day out beyond the cow watching.
