President John Phoenix said they loved to give the club some air time and teach the public about cars new and old, but especially old.
“It was only about five cars initially,” John said.
The club has cars ranging from 1927 to a 2017 Holden Commodore.
“We’ll have a little gazebo on the fence with our banner,” he said.
The team will be there to answer any questions about the cars on display, owning a vintage car or joining the club.
“Throughout the whole day, we’ve always got at least two members that man the area, ready to give out information,” he said.
Starting in 2011, the club has lots of experience at these types of shows, especially in show and shine events.
John said the hardest part of owning a vintage car was the upkeep.
“The maintenance is one of the hard things, as it’s getting harder for some lighter metal cars,” he said.
“We don’t have any Australian cars any more, so we rely on imports, and it’s hard to get Commodore parts at the moment even.”

The club will also have information on club membership for any budding car lovers.
The car club will be at the event for all three days, all day with information for attendees.
The car club has been part of the event for decades and has no sign of stopping.
