A body has been found during the search for a missing boater on the Murray River at Moama.

About 9.45am yesterday, the body of a man was located south of the Five Mile boat ramp by Victoria Police divers.
The body is yet to be formally identified, but is believed to be that of a missing 23 year-old man.
The multi-agency search started at about 7.30pm on Tuesday, January 14, when officers from Murray River Police District and Victoria Police responded to reports a 23 year-old man disappeared after falling from a boat near Five Mile boat ramp, Moama.
Marine Rescue NSW was also enlisted to help, but the first day’s search was suspended about 8.45pm due to poor visibility.
About 8.30am Wednesday, the search resumed with officers attached to Murray River Police District, Victoria Police, police divers from NSW and Victoria Police, Marine Area Command, NSW Marine Rescue and SES - including from the Deniliquin-Conargo unit.
The search continued until 7.30pm; however, there was no sign of the man.
About 7am Thursday, the multi-agency search resumed, with the Volunteer Rescue Association also joining the search.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
NSW Police, Victoria Police, Marine Rescue NSW were involved in the search for the missing man.
