The liturgy saw a performance of the Easter story narrated by vice-principal Mel Key and performed by Year 7 students with the music and vocals of Fr Rob.
Afterwards, Fr Rob held a leadership session with the Year 10 students and talked about his own life and journey as a Catholic and being a leader.
The school opened in 2019, when current Year 10 students were in Year 7.
The cohort has been in the unusual position of being leaders of the school.
Fr Rob encouraged the students to speak up about their feelings of being leaders.
School principal Susan Carroll was happy with the success of the morning and to have Fr Rob be apart of the liturgy.
“Today at the college we had a beautiful, powerful Easter liturgy celebration,’’ she said.
“We have been so lucky to have Fr Rob Galea back at the college to celebrate with us today.
“He was able to join us for our liturgy, then lead the Year 10 students in an exploration of leadership, growth and development.”
