Ms Schack's extraordinary service was celebrated in a heartwarming ceremony.
“Since 1995, Leonie has been an integral part of the Kurrajong Cafe family, fostering a deep connection with the establishment over her impressive 30-year journey,” the organisation said.
“(Last) Monday's heartfelt celebration was a touching tribute to Leonie's dedication, made even more special by the presence of her proud parents.
“Also on hand for the night were Kurrajong Deniliquin general manager Zena Wahanui, former supervisor Kaye Whittaker and Kurrajong general manager of corporate services Andrew McIntosh which further enriched the night of celebrations.
“Kurrajong staff shared heartfelt appreciation and fond memories from Leonie's remarkable 30-year journey with the Kurrajong Cafe, creating a tapestry of shared experiences.”
Ms Schack said the special presentation came as a surprise, and she was still a little speechless in the following days.
“I got a shock about it,” she admitted.
“It (working at the cafe) has all been good, and I am able to get some ideas from work and use them at home.”
Ms Schack said having her parents attend the ceremony was particularly special.
