There was plenty of food and drink on offer for the sold out event for a great local cause.
The Community Heart Appeal Cocktail by the Lake function, held at the stunning Yarrawonga Yacht Club last Friday night was a resounding success.

The event was a sell-out, with attendees enjoying a perfect summer evening filled with camaraderie and generosity.
Thanks to the incredible support from the community, the event raised in excess of $10,000, fully funding two day surgery recliners for the new theatre at Yarrawonga Health.
Maureen and Glen Trevena enjoyed the food on offer from Cook and Co as well as the cocktails supplied by Jaycees at the Cocktails by the Lake event raising money for Community Heart last Friday.

CEO of Yarrawonga Health Robin Haberecht expressed gratitude saying the overwhelming support received at the cocktail function showcases the strength of the community.
“Each contribution, big or small, plays a vital role in enhancing the care we can provide. We are truly grateful for everyone’s generosity," Ms Haberecht said.
“We extend tremendous thanks to all the local businesses, groups, and volunteers who contributed to the event by providing their time and/or products.
All the tables were full with groups of locals and visitors alike for the sold out event.
“A special acknowledgment goes to the very generous local retailers who donated items for the evening’s prizes and raffles, which added excitement and value to the occasion.”
The event’s success is a testament to the dedication and passion of those who contributed to its organisation and those who attended to support such an important cause.
