The Shepparton Region Reconciliation Group hosted a National Apology Breakfast on February 13 to mark the 17th anniversary of the National Apology to the Stolen Generations.

Held near the William Cooper Statue at Queen’s Gardens in Shepparton, the morning brought the community together in reflection and respect.
A smoking ceremony, speeches and traditional performances set the tone for the gathering, followed by a shared breakfast and conversation.
