At 11am, everyone was gearing up for the event and starting to show up.
The event was being catered by four local rotary clubs, with the room being split into four sections, one for each club - Shepparton, Shepparton Central, South Shepparton and Mooroopna.
As people entered the doors, they walked through the exhibits at MOVE, and many people stopped by to grab their raffle tickets for the Menulog car.
By noon, there were stacks of people filling the room. They were given their freebies on entry - a beer, a stubby holder and a beanie.
In the networking portion, lots of men were sharing a laugh, having a drink, hanging out with their friends and meeting new people.
Everyone was happy to be there and ready to enjoy the afternoon.
By 12.30pm, the room was filled with hundreds upon hundreds of people, with more still coming through the doors as they got ready to sit down and share a meal - and plenty of important conversations.
News photographer Rechelle Zammit was there to capture the day through the lens.
