Kerang residents Tayla and Brock Henderson recently tied the knot at Lake Charm, a picturesque spot that holds a treasure trove of memories for the lovebirds.
"We actually met at Lake Charm,” Tayla said.
“Then we got engaged at Lake Charm.
“So, we thought it was quite fitting to get married out there as well."
The couple selected Charm Lodge for their venue, opting for the luxurious ‘3 Day Soiree’ package to extend their celebration.

This allowed them early access to set up and use all the facilities, including the house, caravan, and a tiny home.
“Charm Lodge made it easy for us; they provided us a document that showed us everything for the day, like the floor plan, and they really helped us with that,” Tayla said.
“They let us look at other people’s weddings and how they were set up.
“I thought it was good to be able to set up yourself and we wanted simple.”
The bride and her attendants stayed at the venue the night before the wedding, while the groom and his party returned to town.
The wedding was a joyous affair, with 120 guests revelling in the laid-back atmosphere, complete with gourmet food trucks and a convivial cocktail-style reception.
A caravan served as a bar, offering a casual “grab a drink” approach.
Adding a touch of adventure, some guests embraced ‘glamping’, with about 10 luxury tents dotting the grounds.
The newlyweds themselves spent their first night as husband and wife under canvas stars.
Tayla wore two dresses on the day, changing into a shorter, more dance-friendly option for the reception.
Local businesses provided hair and make-up services, while photography was handled by In the Vine photographer from Bendigo.
"The day went so quickly because we were just enjoying ourselves the whole time, which, I think, is a good thing," Tayla said.
"We have had a lot of compliments saying that it was one of the funnest weddings people had ever been to. It was very laid back and very us."
