Whether you’re a die-hard fan of the TV show or visiting Dibley for the first time, this production is bound to be more fun than a Christmas quiz with Jim Trott.
The performance is directed by Gemma Merchant, a STAG local known for her performances on and off the stage.
The News will feature profiles on the cast and crew over the next month, so keep an eye out.
Tickets are selling quick — as of Friday, October 18, half had already been sold.
Another exciting announcement from STAG is its new ‘sponsor a chair’ campaign.
As the group approaches its 50th anniversary, it is giving the community a chance to be a part of the next stage of STAG.
The group is installing brand new, cushioned fabric seats at the Bakehouse Black Box Theatre, and anyone can sponsor a chair for $150.
Sponsored chairs will have the sponsor’s or a loved one’s name on a plaque in the theatre.
Chairs sponsored now will be ready for their debut at the upcoming production of The Vicar of Dibley.
