The Supreme Champion Cow was three-year-old Ayreshire, Paschendaele Klassy Tri Time, owned by Karl London and Imogen Steiner from Munden Farms, Nilma North, Gippsland and Ellen Zell and Steve Eagles, from Gooloogong, NSW.
International Dairy Week might be done and dusted for 2023, but for Paschendaele Klassy Tri Time and her owners, it was record-breaking — and one not to be forgotten.

The three-year-old cow from Nilma North in Gippsland made history after she was the first ever Ayrshire crowned Supreme Champion Cow, delighting and surprising owners Karl London, Imogen Steiner, Steve Eagles and Ellen Zell.
From the moment she stepped into the ring, Klassy Tri Time’s balance and wonderful mammary system set her apart from every other cow and the judges were all blown away.
Mr London said leading into the event they were expecting Klassy to do well, but she well and truly exceeded their expectations.
“Our expectations for her were high and we thought she had a good shot at intermediate champion, but to get her back up and to see her win supreme champion was just an amazing experience for us all, and something we thought would never have been possible,” Mr London said.
He said they were all looking forward to getting Klassy back home and letting the dust settle before they moved forward with their now champion three-year-old.
“We will all sit down and talk about her future after we have caught up on our farm work — there have already been offers on the table to purchase her.”
